«Our main goal is to have the early childhood as a priority both locally and regionally. We want proposals from the communities that will help the children to have a good global development and also provide the parents with good tools to help their children. We wish to develop more integrated services. We want the communities to make their proposals in partnerships with all organisations involved with this clientele. We have also a regional committee composed of representatives of the CNG, the CHB, the CSB, CWEIA, Youth council and the Elders Council that will oversee the program Avenir d’enfants».
