The Constellation Approach: taking action for hard-to-reach, isolated families proposes three working components, which encompass eleven success factors. To ensure successful outcomes, all three components must be taken into consideration when implementing measures and actions.
The second working component -Collective learning- refers to regularly questioning one’s understanding of the family’s situation and the best ways to intervene in order to ensure that practices can continuously improve.
This component is grouped into three success factors for more effectively engaging with hard-to-reach, isolated families.
